Travelled here for a fitting and to buy school shoes for my daughter from Hastings as, annoyingly, the Hastings one shut down. Got a ticket and waited our turn, the young girl who measured the kids feet didn't give us a chance to properly look at the shoes hardly any to choose from she came back with completely different shoes and seemed to get stroppy when we said we didn't want those ones and when I asked if they had a bigger choice online . I understand its a busy time of year and they don't have all sizes in every shoe but why get get moody if we don't want shoes we didn't pick? We did end up getting some shoes but won't be going back here as staff seem stressy and the choice of shoes isnt great
Always very nice. Good Quality is guaranteed. And some realty good deals are available if you catch the sales in time. Highly recommended place to shop for any footwear.
Amazing, my daughter phoned and asked to book an appointment for my autistic son, and the member of staff offered to open the store early just for my son with autism! He had a great time choosing his new school shoes, and the staff members were so calm and inviting with him. Many thanks for the kindness, and especially making his first outing in 7 months a good one!! Jen/Sophie xx
Good quality shoes shop
My wife and I were not impressed. The order for her shoes should have been available on the 26th April. They were dispatched on the 23rd. We called into store on the 28th, still not arrived. Today the 1st we called into store and still no signs, guess they have gone walkabouts, however we were given a refund. Not our best experience of shopping at Clarks.
