I found the service to be very good. A lady opened up the till point to serve me I was next in the queue. She was actually doing something but put this to one side to serve me which I was grateful for. I saw what looked like a manager working with staff moving displays. I thought that was positive and showed team spiritedness. Four stars and not Five because a few things I looked at they didn't have in my size which is frustrating and would have made my shopping trip complete.

Marks & Spencer's in Bexhill has only existed for s few years now. However, it has become an integral part of the Bexhill community. In my opinion the greatest draw is the grocery section. I'm acutely aware of how sparce the retail sections are if shoppers, regardless of the time of day. There's a popular restaurant on the upper floors which is very popular and offers lovely views of the Bexhill seafront East of Galley Hill. I find all of the staff to be friendly and accommodating. For those who need - there's a cash point at the entrance to the store. Marks has helped to increase retail shopping to the Glyne Gap area and this is a welcome benefit to the community.

Reasonable size M&S store, contains both a supermarket and retail outlet also good size cafe up stairs with great views over the coast railway track down to the sea.

Nice store roomy with large clothes section larger than hastings food court and home ware and cafe upstairs and toilets. Decent store nice staff could loose an hour if had coffee and a mooch through looking at it all.

Lovely store with ample free parking that has a good range of clothing in the clothes department, a nice food hall that has a great range of produce, plus a small cafe upstairs that has beautiful seaviews of Bexhill, I always find the staff nice & friendly but sadly my drink is never warm enough.
