Me and my wife 1 first shopping nice experience.....
Gave up my purchase after terrible customer service from one of the girls behind the til. Despite I wanted to purchase an expensive shoes the girl who served me was pretty rude. And that's really too much, especially before Christmas. It's not the only shop selling shoes, purchased same pair from somewhere else. Not coming back there anymore.
A most pleasurable shopping expreience. Bought 2 pairs of boots in the end, and insoles, the staff were very helpful. Loads of choice, even have wider width boots. I will be returning in the summer for my sandles and trainers...excellent shop

Lovely sandals and bags in this store, unfortunately you can never seem to find the staff to help you.
It's a wonderful shop and always worth a visit. They have a great range of bags too and prices are very reasonable
Went there bought an 70 pounds boots did not tell about company policy without box you can’t return you can’t return your boot and they didn’t give the box too . Went back there return the boots they said you can’t return it without the box then I left the shop made an call to customer service they said it’s upto manager .Manager said you need box and card receipt and possibly every single reason that she can’t take back the shoes .If this is there company policy terrible policy
Good amount of stock. Tidy store. Woman behind the till Sat 13/08 14:10 was bit curt bordering on rude. Shame they don’t offer Blue Light discount.
