They were amazing they sorted out the error our head office had caused Chris turner sorted it out so our delivery is on track for Wednesday morning spot on
I use this Travis a lot. The guys there are friendly and very helpful. The manager James is great and will look to get you the best price he can. Whether you go to the store, phone them or send an e-mail they are professional and will cater for your needs/project. The delivery service is great also as they can usually delivery with only a few days notice. The only downside is there is limited parking at the store.
This is literally the best Travis Perkins branch we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing is too much for them. They are always efficient and helpful. Jake and Sam are amazing!
I ordered some topsoil from this company. My experience of this company has been great: The two delivery drivers were very professional and very friendly and polite and my partner dealt with James, think he’s a manager, again he was very professional, friendly and polite. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, particularly the Nailsea branch.
They have a comprehensive stock and provide good helpful service. Easy and accessible parking. And they had all the covid-secure stuff available.
