I could not find frozen onion rings  so Lucy manager  and another staff Chole helped me and found the last packet. Very good customer service from them both.

Waitrose supermarkets are generally very good and the branch in Nailsea is no exception. The food quality on sale is fine and there's plenty of choice. There's a brightly lit cafe and customer toilets are available. A large free car park is a particular asset. Staff are normally friendly and helpful. There is an ATM on the outside front wall accessible 24/7. Updated to add we have noticed some good value produce available recently. Updated 02.03.24 there were plenty of new season products available.

Regrettably couldn't get into store as on a Saturday lunchtime the very confusing car park was full to overflowing. Badly designed with minimum space.

Waitrose is always a pleasurable shopping experience, Staff helpful, merchandise of a very high standard, and a really good choice available. Tempting treats and different range of goods for example, fruits/veg which I cannot resist! Also , there is a very good cafe!And their chai latte is excellent
