Tesco Superstore

What are they doing? Changed my previously positive review as their till management has gone downhill recently. Cashier's telling you they are closing without till closed signs in place, no replacement tills until others closed, supervisor who clearly can"t manage and seems to think it's customers fault that they are wanting to be served. Afraid store has been relegated to the odd purchase rather than big shop.

THERE TO MANY SELF SERVICE TILLS. I DISAGREE WITH THIS POLICY. I MAY NOT RETURN UNTIL THEY GO. IF MORE PROPER TILLS WERE OPENED AND STAFFED. THE QUEQUES WOULD BE REDUCED AS BEFORE THEY WERE INTRODUCED. IT IS A MATTER OF TESCOS MAKING PROFIT NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS THE CUSTOMER THAT KEEPS YOU IN BUSINESS. REMEMBER THAT.

Good supermarket with the usual range. Visited the in-store Costa where staff were friendly and service relatively fast

Limited stock as only a medium sized store. Apart from that it's alright.
