Good range of parts and can if they don't have what you want in store they'll order for you. Needed heater resistor - ordered 10.30am and in store by 1 pm. What more could you want.

My mum went down to the store today and as a single lady in her late 50's is always anxious about being ripped off due to her limited knowledge of cars. She then posted this after her visit stating:-

a big thank you to the lovely guy at The Car Parts Store in Nailsea for sorting out my broken headlight.  Great customer service.  A bit of a rarity these days!
