Used the Portishead branch of Travis quite a few times now. Always had a decent service from them. They've even helped me out on a few last minute deliveries when I've needed. Can't fault them!

Worst retail experience in the UK. Staff serve you when they feel like it, no one answers the phone and god help you if you need anything from the yard, no one knows what's going on. Appalling business, would rather spend double on everything at homebase.

Been let down by this company and this branch too many times now. Not delivering items when promised and charging excessive amounts on items not collected. Would not recommend and would suggest people use local builders yards where possible.
