It was Tuesday morning I was booking my flight to Boston on their site. After booking the wrong connecting flight and noticing the mistake on their confirmation email, I called in traveloes twice, they didn’t receive my call. I got their call after 9:15 AM, 1 hour after I called them. The agent was very professional, I told them how unclear it was from the site and asked if I can cancel or rebook instead. The response was that I can do that but it may charge fare difference and he rebooked correct flight for me with no additional charge. Very nice of him, I will use this site again due to the excellent customer service

I was disappointed that the flight I wanted and chosen had been booked completely but, then the customer service agent noticed my failed attempt at purchase. They called me after half an hour confirming do I still need those flights and they can help me getting that. It took him another 30 minutes, he found me a similar flight for the same price. It can be a struggle trying to book flights at best fares but, he was very helpful and patient and gets me good fare.

Very good value and easy to use web site.
