Bright white lighting in the room creates the atmosphere of low budget student accommodation. No plug socket by the bed, only usb; my phone charger cable is usb c so had to charge it away from the bed. The bed was advertised as a king but was a double at best. The mattress was too soft, resulting in a sore neck and uneven sleep. The TV was hilariously small, tinier than most computer monitors, unlike the images on the website. The room was at least clean, saving it from 1 star.
Very convenient for a bus service to near Twickenham Rugby stadium, also 2 minute walk to the train service to London.nStaff were lovely and efficient. Will definitely come back here if the nees to be in London arises.nThe only negative is the mash was weird, had the consistency of tapioca?
We stayed 8 night and i payed the parking for 3 days , 3 days and 2 days... even after that is still have ticket to pay.... keep your receives after paying horizon parking , 2nd the parking is only for thiny and small cars ... modern SUV wont fit to go up, parking is limited for 4 cars max , 3rd breakfast has no cheese , no meat , no bread and no vegetable... only greasy, fatty food typical English breakfast ,receptionist said dont go even for 1 night stand there
Great value, clean with friendly staff. Reasonable amount of parking at good price and only a couple of minutes walk to the train station direct to Waterloo. A good choice if visiting London but also some nice bars and restaurants nearby.
No air con, so if you're coming when it's summer or hot, it will be like sleeping in a sauna.
