We always like staying at The Park.nALL the staff are extremely pleasant and seem genuinely happy in their work. It really makes a difference.nThe food worked well for us and the chef was great with our friend's allergies, he came to our table and discussed the options with him!nThe twin beds were a little less comfy this time but it might have been the pillows. And the car park was more full than I've experienced before.nOverall, we recommend and we will be back...
I enjoyed my stay at The Park Hotel and would definitely stay again. The Hotel was ideally located for my needs and proximity to Teddington Train Station. My room was fantastic. I especially liked the 'honesty' Minibar and Snacks that were available in the room and the complimentary Hot Chocolate. The bed was very comfortable, and the Rose Head Shower over the bath was great, although the step into the bath could be a little tricky when wet. How about a rubber shower mat for in the bath?nThere were only limited channels available on the 'Sky' TV in the room.nBreakfast was delicious with a both Continental and Full English available. The breakfast price is a little expensive at £17.50.nSlightly more disappointing was the noise from late night drinkers in the Beer Garden on the Bank Holiday Sunday Night, and the inappropriately dressed female breakfast server whose blouse was 'off the shoulder' more often than not. Not really suitable for early mornings.nCheck-out was easy, and Deposit Card subsequently charged with the items used from the honesty bar.
Great hotel and lovely resteraunt. Staff are very friendly. Brunch is lovely in a very well decorated resteraunt.nEaten evening meal also and had a good experience. Staff are great with my dog flora.nnHotel is well worth booking. Brilliant location. All the staff are wonderfulnSpecial mention to Ellie always helpful. Patrick always friendly. Lydia who remembers everyone and Samir who appears to just get it.
We use The Park as a stopover when visiting local sites. We’ve stopped both times In the Valentine Mansion Room which is Amazing with a large comfy bed with a standalone bath in the main room and a large en-suite shower and toilet. This room is huge with all the facilities you could want from a minibar and snack bar to comfy chairs a coffee machine and kettle. The staff are also very polite and friendly and the whole place has a relaxed and welcoming feel. Sam behind the reception desk was particularly helpful this trip ensuring that we got the best possible deal for our stay as pricing had changed since we’d booked the room. The bar is lively with good seating areas inside and out. Food is to a very good pub standard again with service being excellent. Overall a great place to stay. Always book direct with the hotel to get the best rates & package available.
Had our Christmas meal at the Park Hotel the food was of such a high standard and really delicious. We were a party of nine Lidia and her team made it very easy to make the booking and pre-order. The staff on the night was so attentive pouring our drinks for us make sure and checking in when we wanted the next course and everybody enjoyed their food and was of a very high standard. We had the added pleasure of a fantastic DJ and it was lovely to finish the evening with some dancing. Thank you. Team you made a really lovely Christmas celebration with my team at Vidatherapy Teddington.
