Stayed as overnight guest via buyagift voucher. We stayed in the main building. Unfortunately there was an event going on which we were warned about so can't comment about quietness of hotel. We were very helpfully welcomed and shown to reception. The check in was efficient. Some goodies had been left as way of apologies for noise (I hope they were free). The room was clean and spacious with all amenities including kettle, iron and board and TV. Would have liked hot chocolate for those non tea coffee drinkers. One light bulb in bathroom missing. Bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast had fried buffet service, cereal, pastries and fruits. Check out was simple. The hotel was near to Teddington station so easy to get to and is near to high street for dining options.

My family recently had two functions at this hotel. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The atmosphere was relaxing warm and comfortable. We are particularly keen to commend the helpful and efficient service provided by Ghonim but the whole experience was most enjoyable and some family members who were also booked in were very happy with everything. Overall this is a very good place to hold a small dinner or larger function (as we did the next day). Thanks to all and happy to recommend you.

Decent sized room (room 7 at the front of the hotel) with high ceilings and bathroom/shower is fine. Everywhere very clean. Quiet enough location (though train line is round the back somewhere). Breakfast was lovely. Service excellent.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy walk from Teddington train station, with shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Bushy Park is also a short walk away. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, but generally the hotel is quite dated and in need of some TLC. Breakfast was a disappointment and very expensive if not booked with the room. We would certainly stay again but head elsewhere for breakfast.

We have just had a lunch meal at the park ... the atmosphere was flat the member of staff was really disengaged. My fiancee meal was really nice and so was the squid rings. Unfortunately I ordered the duck with red wine .. the whole meal was bland and I only got half of the duck breast 2 slices which was over cooked and tasted like it had just been microwaved. For £47.00 for lunch I was really disappointed. Not good enough I'm afraid.
