Simply Fantastic Stay!nInitially looked on Booking.com for a nice hotel during our stay in London but wisely decided to book directly with Drayton Court. I definitely agree with the high score 9.3 they received on Booking, and in my opinion, it could even be higher.nHere is why we loved it:n• Flexibility: Due to circumstances, my booking in January couldn't go ahead, but it was effortlessly rescheduled for the following month.n• Staff: Friendly and helpful reception staff.n• Vibe: A characterful and lovely hotel.n• Food: An extensive and varied breakfast plus a nice welcome drink!.n• Location: The metro station heading towards the London city center is just a 2-minute walk away.nWe definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be back if we need to stay in London again.
We stayed here for our last night in London before a flight. It’s very close to the tube which makes getting to Heathrow easy.nnOur room was cozy and quiet. We ate dinner at the bar and both pizza and burger were solid. I appreciated the drink coupons included with our hotel stay. The breakfast was delicious and better than I expected for being included. I recommend the eggs Benedict.nnWe did meet the hotel cat Ginge who was very cute.nnMy only minor complaint was getting apps on the TV to work. The hotel has free wifi but according to front desk if you want to use apps on the tv you need to use your phone as a hotspot. Kind of clunky but not a huge deal.nnI would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
We had a wonderful time at The Drayton Court Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are a good size and very well decorated. We stayed in the Blue Lamp suite which was ample size for myself, my husband our daughter and dog.nThe staff were friendly and helpful from the early check in process completed a few days before online to the number of calls i placed to them and throughout our stay.nLittle extras like the free drink vouchers given to guests at check in, to the dog bed, bowl and doggy gift bag set up in the room are wonderful touches.nWe attended a function being held at the hotel the food was delicious both at the function and breakfast the next morning.nAll in all a wonderful stay at a great venue. Thank you to all the staff. x
Exceptional stay! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated to a high standard, and everything was spotless. There are lots of little touches throughout that really add to its charm and the complimentary drink in the bar was a bonus.nnBreakfast was great, the staff were friendly, and the free parking was an added bonus. Incredible value for money. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAYnWe would like to sincerely thank the hotel and the entire team for this truly beautiful stay. We have visited many places around the world, but we have never been as completely satisfied as we were here.nFrom the very beginning, the service was outstanding. Even before our arrival, we received helpful support regarding parking, our dog, and every little question we had. This hotel is 100% dog friendly. There was even a welcome gift for our little one, and a bowl and a cozy bed were already prepared in the room. Such thoughtful details made us feel incredibly welcome.nThe room was absolutely beautiful, truly perfect. The bathroom as well, everything was spotless and carefully designed. We honestly could not find a single thing to complain about. The staff were attentive, warm, and always friendly.nAnd then the food… WOW. The chef deserves a 12 out of 10. Every evening of our stay we ate at the pub, and each time we were more impressed than the night before. How can food be this delicious?nBreakfast was the highlight. There was a lovely small buffet with bread, croissants, Nutella, coffee, and more. But the real highlight was the breakfast menu. Each person could choose one dish from a selection of around ten freshly prepared options. We believe we tried almost everything and loved every single dish. The idea behind it is fantastic, truly creative and something we have never experienced before. Simply brilliant.nThe location near the Elizabeth Line was excellent and made everything very convenient. Overall, everything about this hotel was simply perfect.nThank you again, and we truly hope to see you again soon.nWarm regards from Switzerland
