Incredible customer service, and the rooms are outstanding. Only complaint is the road outside is very loud, even with double glazed windows, and you need ear plugs to fall asleep. Will still visit again, though.

What can you say. It's a great little budget hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Ok. Lovely old building. Ordered family room, but had to remind them to set up bed as it wasnt ready. Room was cold and very noisy .

Good sized room.  Really comfy bed.  Good sized tv screen.  Typhoo tea but another guest told me coffee very poor.  Great location, friendly, helpful staff.  Great price too.

Friendly staff and room clean and as to be expected. Had to go down a pay for the pay and display parking at 7am, having paid when we arrived. Would have been better if the hotel had a way of paying for your stay

Staff seem very pleasant. Its maybe a12-15 minute walk from the city centre, and there are a few restaurants right here on tge doorstep. Rooms are clean and very reasonably priced.
