Booked this hotel late at night and stayed for weekend,  room was nice and staff pleasant

Amazing afternoon tea. 1st visit & will be back for more if it's always this good.

Excellent food and a good atmosphere. Great staff

The staff are rude and unhelpful. A stay is like being in The Shining in real life. Avoid this hotel, there are some much nicer hotels in the area!

We had the best 3 nights here the rooms are lovely and clean! The staff are so friendly and relaxed and couldn't do enough for us!! We had our daughter and best friend who are 12 with us and they are great with kids too! Highly recommend staying here we will be booking again soon!!

Staff very rude and disrespectful. Especially when there saying visitors can't enter because of covid-19 measures and about 6 people on the patio having drinks with no masks on and not maintaining a 2 meter distance

Everything good ,Clean rooms but noise coming from other room

No food available and room noisy all night due to a fan or pump constantly going on and off. Plenty parking and room clean but run down looking. Would not come back.
