We stay in the travel lodge in Crawley. We were a very large group the service we received from Marlena was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was a problem herself and the staff really looked after us . Marlena is absolutely brilliant at her job we definitely challenged the staff but they were amazing. Would definitely be back .
Perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable. Huge shopping centre close by. Did have a little trouble finding it as the post code they give you is incorrect. Check in was quick. Receptionist greeted us and made us feel welcome. Likewise when we checked out early in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
Great stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms ! It's very comfortable, i slept very well and I was able to work, so great experience all around.nI decided to try my luck with the food and had the vegetarian curry, which was very good. The staff was very nice.nGreat breakfast as well. I would definitely come back!
Really clean fresh and new. Great breakfast. Great bar great happy hour. Lovely place to stay if you have a flight from LGW next day.
Cheap, convenient and decent town centre location.nnOne of the lifts not working.nnWifi was very slow 4mbs - apparently provided by Virgin and outside of control of hotel. Run a speed test before you pay for it.nnHotel refunded the late check out due to wifi issues.
