Very easy to find and to park car and only 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport.nWelcoming atmosphere from the word go. My room was massive and had everything I needed.nThe reception staff were fab. Professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again especially as it was such a good price for the night.
It's clean and functional and like any other premier Inn, the staff are always great, but 2 issues here... 1 it's INCREDIBLY stuffy and warm in your room. No AC and the windows barely open, they give you fans if needed but it gets quite sticky in there. Secondly, it's right on top of a very busy dual carriageway so it's noisy. I'm sure during the winter with ear plugs this place would be fine.
My only niggle, and it was a very small one, was a low, soft, bed in our accessible room, with no grab handle or solid furniture nearby. That meant I couldn't get out of bed without help.nOther than that - easy to find, plenty of parking with disabled bays right next to the entrance, accessible room just off the lobby, and a great restaurant with very helpful staff who really went above and beyond to cater for unusual allergies.
Once again, a great night's sleep and efficient service are just part of the restaurant experience. Let it down this time. The condiments had dirty, empty packets of sauce, and the toilet facilities were unclean just go back to your room, instead. Other than that, it was awesome.
Really good Premier Inn. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Room clean and comfortable. Only problem was access, could only get to it going one direction on the road, each time we went out had to go passed and up to roundabout to turn back.
