Great stay at this hotel. A group of us have stayed here in March, June and September whilst we complete some exams at the Civil Aviation Authority round the corner. We have had a great stay each time - faultless. Just want to shout out Monika, who has looked after us in the restaurant each time we have stayed, she's a credit to this hotel and is honestly so lovely. Thank you for making our stay even better.
We had a Premier plus room which was just as you would expect, very clean and modern with everything you need. The price was really good value especially just a few minutes from Gatwick. We didn't use the restaurant but we had drinks at the bar which were nice and had great service from the bar team. We will definitely stay here again when we fly out of Gatwick.
Stayed here before collecting family from Gatwick airport and going on holiday. Onsite parking which is chargeable. Had the meal deal of 2 course dinner and drink, with unlimited breakfast the next morning, which was great value for money. Shops nearby, Tesco express a 5 min walk away and a larger Tesco about a 5-10 min drive away. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless clean and I loved the purple lights in the bathroom; my favourite colour!
An absolutely seamless stay at Premier Inn London Gatwick! From the moment we stepped through the door, the facilities were spotlessly clean, modern, and completely organized to make travel day stress-free. But the absolute highlight has to be the incredibly comfortable beds—we had the best night’s sleep before our early morning flight, which is practically unheard of when traveling.nThe breakfast spread was top-tier—fresh, hot, plentiful, and the perfect start to a long flight day. What truly elevated our stay from great to exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality. The entire team was fantastic, but a massive shoutout goes to Sofia and Speedy! Sofia’s warm, welcoming smile immediately put us at ease, and Speedy lived up to the name with incredibly efficient, attentive service. They both went above and beyond to make us feel right at home.nThis is hands-down the best pre-flight stay near Gatwick. We will definitely be booking here again!
Good stay, friendly staff. Only issues I had was a god awful purple - almost UV lamp used in the bathroom, a cheap TV which switched on at midnight and a noisy coffee machine. For a nearly new refurb it's ok but you can see the project managers didn't care about spending a little extra on better equipment.
