Just here for one night and have only been here an hour but already I am very impressed with this PI. From arrival all the staff were lovely. Very polite and eager to help. None more so though than Sofia in the restaurant. She managed to get me in at the time i wanted on a very busy night and was a pleasure throughout. Constantly checking I was happy with everything and making sure it was all top notch. I had a lovely meal, piping hot they didn’t forget the garlic bread I opted out. And the wine was good too. Sofia is a credit to your team.nMy room is beautiful. I have a premier plus room, very clean, nice and spacious and a great walk in shower!!! Can’t wait to jump into that infamous premier in bed, they’re always the best! 5* service. Thank you.
Managed to get a couple of rooms here at the last minute after our evening flight home was cancelled.nnThe check-in staff were super helpful considering how tired and stressed we were with young kids running around.nnThe standard of the hotel/ rooms was in-line with what I have come to expect from any Premier Inn hotel; clean rooms and clean reception area.nnThis excellent review really comes on the back of the staff, particularly at breakfast time. One of my sons has a nut allergy and the staff really went out of their way to go through the allergens and help us decide what to eat on the back of this. They even swapped cutlery to ensure that it was clean at our table.nnThis was above and beyond as far as I am concerned and should be commended. All of this was done in a very friendly manner without making us feel like we were a nuisance during a busy breakfast service.nnOn top of that the breakfast itself was great. Good selection of hot and gold food and the quality of ingredients was really good. The fact that kids eat free is an insane benefit really, making this without doubt the best value meal were had anywhere in London that weekend.nnYou know what to expect with a Premier Inn. It is service like we had that elevates some branches over others.
Fantastic location for Gatwick. We stayed here the night before our flight and on our return. Both times we were checked in very quickly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a bus stop directly outside, catch the 100 bus and it will take you directly to the airport which only takes about 10 minutes and costs £2 pp ask at reception for bus times. Be extremely careful if you go into their car park, we parked there for 20 minutes to unload the cases and had to pay £2.50 including a promo code just for an hour. Food is served up to 10pm and the bar was open until midnight, the pizza was nice.,Friendly and helpful staff. If you book well in advance you may get it much cheaper, we only paid £44 each night. Tesco Express 5 minutes walk away.nRecommended Premier Inn that I would definitely use again
Great service at the restaurant from Monika. Very accomodating, attentive and helped explain the meal deal system to my parents. Beef and Ale pie was delicious.nnRooms were very clean, fresh and comfortable.
Fab premier inn. Had premier plus room on 6th floor, very impressed. Super clean and spacious. Very comfy bed. Coffee maker, water in fridge. Very reasonable priced. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. All the staff couldn’t be more helpful! Check in was easy with staff on hand to help. The guy behind the bar super friendly stand out service in the restaurant from Sofia who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Food was great. Only down side is we’re staying only one night
