Spacious, very clean, comfy family room. Slept well in king size bed. Friendly staff. Close to amenities. Only downside is not being made aware that the public car park is a short distance away and costs £5 a day (note: machine does not currently take new pound coins) so bring plenty of change. Will be back. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay xx

Standard Travelodge. Clean modern and Helpful. Perfect for sea. castle and town centre. Parking a nightmare

Not easily accessible for wheelchair users either self or assisted propelled. Parking available at top of a slope a few hundred yards from entrance. Doors too heavy to open while trying to manoeuvre a wheelchair through. Disabled room does not have a king size bed, fan in bathroom still not working 5 days after reported. Staff friendly, bedroom clean, ample tea or coffee supplies. Bathroom mould due to fan not working removing steam obviously long term fault. Requested a Comment or Suggestion Form but apparently you have to report difficulties online to Customer Care (yet to do).

Nice rooms kept clean, and the mother in law says the bed is the most comfortable she has ever slept in

Nice spacious room, reception is on the first floor which seems strange. Carpeting is 3-5 minute walk away there is a short cut but that depends if the gate is open. £5 for 24 hours isn't the worst. Staff very friendly and helpful. Town is only 10 minute walk. No restraint on site. Supermarkets within 5 minutes which is very handy. All in all good location
