Lovely building. Comfortable spacious rooms. Good service. Very nice to dogs. Dog room pack included dog beds, bowl, treats, balls and poo bags. Staff all stopped to say hello to dogs. Very nice spa.
I stayed here for a week as part of a holiday group. I had some minor issues with the room but overall the room was clean and fairly comfortable.nnFood wise, as a vegan I was fed but food options were very limited and repetitive.nnThe location was good for my holiday groups purposes.
Enjoyed staying here. Whole place seemed very smoothly run. Spa is really nice, great opening hours. Room was spacious. There was a ridiculous amount of stomping about for hours from whoever was upstairs but you can’t blame the hotel for that. The decor is a bit old fashioned despite not seeming that tired, suggesting this is the look they were going for. The entrance is stunning, love the old fashioned door. The location is great with the bus stop opposite for Bangor or Porthmadog. An Asda and Morrisons very close by. I think some corners are cut on the quality of the food but I’m particularly fussy and it’s probably the best place to cut costs to stay as affordable as possible.
Great pool, sauna, steam room. Good dance floor and other facilities.nnMy room was large, bed was hard, food was nearly 3 star in my opinion.nnAll staff were excellent.nnI'd stay there again, no problem.
Awful Awful Awful! Harassed for 2 years now and now receiving bailiffs letters and court letters over their carpark. Outrageous way to run a business!! Intended to stay at the hotel, went and found out the pool was fully booked for that night.nI was with my son and the pool was all we wanted from there really, so searched locally and found somewhere else without a pool but this now reflected in the cost so fair enough.nNever once directed to the place to input vehicle details and not noticed myself.nnBombarded with ridiculous charges.nnCalled in to hotel twice to sort out.nnStill going on now and looking like I have to now attend court.nnHotel has let this go on as they get paid by the lawful criminal behaviour of these Outrageous companies.nnWould never step foot in that place
