Loved the location next to the marina, close to pubs and restaurants.nUsual easy premier inn set up.nChilled environment. Super clean room.nFriendly staff.nEasy to park.nGreat place recommended.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay ready to trek Snowdon in the morning. Parking was easy, check in was quick and the receptionists were both very chatty. Room was clean and as expected.nWe popped to their adjoining restaurant for a bite to eat as we had had a long journey.nAfter a discussion they decided they would seat us down, and sat us at a half cleaned table. No huge issue as this was wiped over and order taken/food delivered quickly. The only point I would note, the whole venue was like a whirlwind had passed through, all tables left dirty with plates and glasses - I appreciate they had obviously been busy that evening but all that the team were concerned about was standing at the end of the bar chatting to each other having a laugh.

Clean, rather expensive, best shower in the world; staff are very polite, but hard to come by. Nice location. Parking has to be paid for and is a bit away. Table, table is understaffed and lacking standards at times. Overall just better than average

This was our second stay at this hotel and we did feel the standards had dropped a little from our first experience.nIt felt like they were under staffed.  We went to reception on a number of occasions to ask for extra drinking glasses as there were 3 of us staying but only 2 provided in the room,  extra towels  as we stayed for 3 nights and on each occasion we were told they would be brought straight up to the room, however each time they forgot and we had to go back down the following day to get it sorted.nBreakfast was as you would expect, it was tasty and a good choice but the service felt like it was under pressure. Lots of the items had run out and the wait for it to be replenished made the items that was available cold by the time I sat down to eat.nThe staff were friendly and polite even though they were clearly under pressure.nThe location is ideal and the hotel was nice and clean. Plenty of parking across the road, but the Wi-Fi was average at best. There is an option to upgrade the Wi-Fi to the ultimate version which was £5 a day which I thought was a bit of a connDespite my comments I would definitely stay here again and my comments are genuine feedback for the management team to make things better and to return to the levels I experienced just 12 months agonI have rated it as 4 stars based on my previous stay and the location but had this been my first visit, it would probably have been a 3 star

Really enjoyed our stay here, friendly helpful staff.. the only reason it didn't get 5 star for the room is there's no fridge in the room which we didn't allow for.. but other than that it's been great and in a beautiful location
