Lovely place to stay, really convenient for shops and pubs, the food is simple but tasty. What really makes the stay is the excellent customer service. The team are so friendly and welcoming, especially the fabulous lady serving breakfast (Donna I think?), she was so warm and friendly, constantly smiling. An absolute asset to the team. Our second stay in this hotel and would gladly both stay again and recommend it to others.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Much friendlier than we have ever received in any premier inn ,so well done to you all.
I don't agree about the mattress being too hard. We found the bed very comfortable.

Low price hotel and feels like it! Make sure you have some loose change for parking - this isn't included in the price for the hotel. Really good location, rooms quiet, bed fine. Welcome was courteous but nothing more. Shower leaks a bit in the room, I didn't eat here so don't know what the restaurant is like but there are great pubs and restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Good location easy to get to, close to town centre.
Accommodation was clean and tidy, mattress not the best which Travelodge was informed about.
Food was pretty poor for breakfast so will not have one if we stay at Travelodge again.
Three stars because you get what you pay for and it's cheap for a place to stay.

Clean rooms comfy bed helping staff TV hot shower in my winter stay.  The only negative side no free parking. Remember to pay and display otherwise will take penalty  ticket like me.
