Hotel spotless. Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble. Downside ..breakfast now buffet style. Food not kept on top of so while waiting for fresh, stuff on plate goes cold. Wait for eggs. On mentioning to staff member her reply..going as fast as we can. Very abrupt and lacking personality.

Hotel is ok, room quite small but very clean. Breakfast served at the Beefeater restaurant located just next to the hotel. Quite expensive

Very comfortable room. Had an issue with the shower head but Sue on reception leapt into action and sorted the problem within 10 minutes. A credit to the company :o)

Excellent premier Inn, however wouldn't recommend paying the extra for premium WiFi. Connection was rubbish and kept dropping the connection.

The location was not central, but the staff were friendly and the rooms were in perfect condition.
