We loved our stay at this Travelodge. The staff were so friendly, giving both our children a Kit-Kat when we checked in! We chatted with the hotel manager at breakfast and she was clearly very proud of her team and was rightly so. Everyone we spoke to seemed to love and be very proud of their work. We've never seen such happy Travelodge staff and they are a credit to the company. It's worth upgrading to a super room as they are far more comfortable with lovely beds and even have a decent coffee machine. There are also loads of power points with USB ports- more than I think I've seen in any hotel room. The room was spotless and you could tell it had just been refurbished as there was that new carpet smell in the corridor. It's really close to Cribbs Causeway and handy to get in and out of Bristol as its also close to the M5. We thought that it might be noisy in the room as the hotel is literally surrounded by roads, but were pleasantly suprised that we could barely hear a thing from outside. Quite possibly the best Travelodge we've ever stayed in- and we've stayed in a fair few. This is not a Travelodge as you know it. We will be back.

the management are not anything professional, always creating bad attitude, the manager never values ​​the work done, humiliates the staff in front of every one and is super arrogant with many guest, the company paid poorly and are constantly want to do the work in as few hours as possible, do not have a full schedule. I was going to do a year that I was there but last month I could not stand being humiliated anymore and I could not take any more because there was no organization on the part of the managers because every day she said something different.lost so much time in this hotel.

Stayed here last night and had no sleep rooms really stuffy and there was a broken drain outside and the rain was driping so loudly. Very small rooms not much of tea selections and no bath or hairdryer which is a shame. Ok location as cribbs causeway just round the corner but wouldn't stay here again
