Favoured hotel when visiting family in Bristol. Very competitive rates, clean, friendly and super efficient staff. Good "sharing facilities" with sister hotel over the road. Highly recommended.

Excellent budget hotel. Much better than premier inn and we even paid less than at premier inn. Didn't try the breakfast but the nearby Starbucks looked good. The room was really good sized. Toiletries were decent as we're the towels. Tv was a good size and really good number of channels. WiFi was also good.

The 2 ladies working at the bar were so friendly and helpful. The room.was lovely too. Highly recommended

Room was smallish but excellent quality and well laid out. Bed comfortable and the decor up to date. My issue is with breakfast - a voucher for the over priced Starbucks that barely covers a coffee and sandwich is not up to snuff. Also, on the morning I left the shower failed to get hot. Dinner in the Black Sheep was adequate but service seemed slow at all times due to the combo Starbucks/bar/reception.
