I had never thought personal training was right for me but that all changed once I met Aarron, he is extremely professional and polite at all times. I am extremely happy with the results I achieved week in week out. He has great motivation skills and really made me believe in myself. Loosing the weight and getting fit has improved not only my health but my entire way of life. I am a new person and I couldn't have done it without him.

Although i actively play sports and am happy to run around after something until I drop - going to the gym and pushing weights is my idea of hell. I set myself an ambitious weightloss goal to achieve and turned to Aarron for help. Not only has he motivated me to push myself during the fitness sessions, which are varied and interesting, we have also talked through my diet habits and he has suggested a few changes to help me achieve my goals - so far 4 pounds in two weeks - steady progress and starting to feel great!

Aarron has helped me to achive more than I ever thought possible, he has a great attitude and has motivated me to reach the goals we had set. I would recomend anybody who doubts there ability to get fit and lose weight to get in contact with him
