Love it, have only been going for a month & have never been to a gym before. As my brother had joined I thought I'd go along with him, was made to feel very welcome, I thought it might be a bit intimidating but it's really not, everyone is getting on with their own thing so are really not interested in what you're doing. If you're thinking about going to a gym then I couldn't recommend Rise highly enough

Not the biggest and best in the world, but for these monthly fees, the gym is fantastic. Mostly students and locals, who are friendly. The opening times could be wider, but it is what it is.
After not being in a gym for over 2 years, the staff here gave me the confidence I needed to get back into things. It’s cheaper than any other gym around and all without a contract. You’ve also a pay per visit option too. The machines are well looked after and there’s plenty to go around. It’s not intimidating like some gyms I’ve tried, people of all shapes and sizes use the free weights as well as the cardio machines. It’s an all round good place! Give it a try :
Safety first. Disinfectant for every piece of equipment, before and after use. Signs everywhere do all are informed. Great atmosphere. And sooo cheap compared to other gyms.
Love this gym great value for the money I always go there after work I only wish they could invest more money in the changing rooms plus in the man changing rooms they haven't go a hair dryer But overall very good space & vibes!
Very well equipped and tidy gym! I highly recommend it!
