Not been for 5 years, really shocked by how dirty it is now and in desperate need of doing up. I will stick to Flitwick Leisure Centre it is luxury in comparison to Dunstable.

filthy and staff are useless mangers are lazy and the boy on costa is utter rude his language stinks. there's. couple of decent life guards a and the people in the gym are nice apart from them lads it's a tip and the changing rooms stink of piss

Swimming pool change rooms are absolutely filthy, stink of urine and need a good thorough clean. Staff are rarely able to help and the whole place is poorly run. Compared with Leighton Buzzard which is also 1 Life it is hard to believe this is the same company

I didn't see anything wrong with the place. The pool is a bit cold. About 18c - 22c even in the kids pool but you get used to it after 10mins or so. The changing rooms are disgusting, you have to have a hygiene mat put down or you tread in spit or bloody plasters. They do take forever to answer the phones and the staff can be a bit rude. They have teenage kids that look like there still in high school as life guards and surely they don't have the experience or strength needed to safely save lives. The prices of the food they serve is over the top and the whole hospitality of the place is shoddy. They really need to upgrade the pool as the tiles are chipped and cracked. Some are very sharp and I personally reported it and the next time I went there was just tape on it. No actual repairs are made. Maybe lack of funding is the issue but when it comes to your customers money shouldn't be an issue. There's always devoted customers that will put up with this place but most won't. I now go swimming elsewhere as over the past 10+ years the place hasn't changed.

My son was playing football, fell and sprained his ankle. The first aid treatment he received was fast and efficient, thanks to all the staff on duty.
