I took my Voodoo Bazanga in on Tuesday afternoon for a full service and Suspension overhaul, Alex said I have five other bike to service before I get to yours I said that's fine not expecting to get my bike back for at least a week Friday afternoon he rang to say it was ready to pick up I could not believe it. SATURDAY morning I picked it up it was like riding a new bike he did a fantastic job on it I can not recommend this guy enough can not wait to pick up my next bike he servicing.
Called in today as the chain had snapped on my bike while mountainbiking down at Cardinham with the children. They were so so helpful and sorted me out extremely quickly, I am very grateful as I can now continue our biking day. Brilliant service!!!

Had an unplanned visit to Trail Munki today after I experienced a broken rear derailleur cable mid-ride. Alex was extremely welcoming and was able to sort the issue immediately and get me back on the road again. I would thoroughly recommend this bike shop. Alex is very knowledgeable and an incredibly nice chap to boot. Five stars from me.
Cannot recommend this bike shop highly enough. I recently came here with a few issues I’ve had with a new mountain bike. My bike was sorted quickly with a welcoming, friendly, and expert service. The shop is also well stocked with reasonably priced MTB parts. A true local bike shop that is well worth travelling to.
Great place so helpful. Really appreciate the guys fixing my son's bike so promptly. Their unit is a small ride outside the centre of town just around the corner from a coffee shop / bakery.
Absolutely class shop! Popped in on the off chance desperate for a solution to my retro bmx problem and the guy pulled out all the stops to help me even though they specialise in mountain bikes...he spent an hour on it and sorted the problem. Top man...top shop! Cheers pal
Excellent - highly recommend. We actually came across this place kind of by accident. The bike hire place we had chosen to use was unexpectantly closed so after a quick Google we found Trail Munki and turned up just as they were opening. The guy was so helpful and quickly found us 2 bikes. They happened to be brand new and we were their first riders. We explained we were going to the camel trail and he suggested we whip the wheels off, put them in the car fiesta and drive to the Stert, which we did. He took the details from my driving licence which was fine I think, and we paid £20 per bike for the day. He gave us a little multi-tool, a spare inner tube and a tyre pump and we were off on our way. He even helped us get them into the car. On our return he was just as helpful, helping us get them out of the car and putting the wheels back on. We returned our stuff and left. The actual bikes were pretty good. We got cheap ones and they were front suspension only, and only had 7 gears on the back wheel, but they worked fine and we're pretty comfy. They got us to Padstow and back easily enough in the day. We would absolutely hire bikes from here again. Very good service.
Alex saved us during our lands end to John o’groats cycle by fixing 2 bikes on a Sunday when everything else was closed. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. The adjustments he made increased the comfort for endurance riding. He was very friendly and I would highly recommend his service.
