Staff that think they know it all! Been buying all my pet stuff from this store for a long time so this week I had a voucher pop in my pets at home app so took the journey to the store selected the correct product for the voucher got to till and the voucher wouldn't scan! They took my phone searched though my app could see it was a valid in date voucher but wouldn't honor it, they could of easily put it through the till but they couldn't be bothered. Guess what I contacted customer service and they agreed as they could see my account online and said that the voucher was valid and should of been honored
A somewhat smaller store than some of the other pets at home stores but still well stocked and we found everything we were looking for. The staff were really enthusiastic, polite and very helpful. Will shop here again.nnParking is adequate, although much reduces since the mcdonalds has been built over a large part of the carpark.
Small Pets at Home but well stocked store, called in to buy food for our dog as we had left his food at home when we came on holiday, staff were very helpful and obliging.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
I mean I actually went to McDonald's but I have been in to pets at home amd the staff was friendly and the shop had a great range and well stocked throughout
