Great customer service with an excellent stock profile. Our electrical wholesaler of choice.
As an electrical contractor, I used YESSS on a few occasions whilst working in Bodmin. I required 15 Emergency Light Key fittings slim type due to very small back boxes fitted. They had 2 on the shelf and ordered the rest for me for next day delivery guaranteed by staff - brilliant, got on-site the next day to get a phone call that the Hastings branch hasn't sent them due to been short staffed, she then guaranteed me delivery on Monday at same time. On Monday got on-site again to receive another phone call that the order is incomplete another wasted journey. Been asked why i didn't phone in to see if they have arrived, its an hour drive each way, i cant sit at home waiting to see if your staff decide to send out orders or not. I have now lost 1.5 days in total including travelling and fuel time due to their incompetence. I have to say the lady in Bodmin YESSS did everything she could for me so thanks for that. Safely say i wont be using YESSS electrical again.
Always friendly atmosphere at this branch, the guys and girls are always happy to help and waist coat is always there with a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
Walked in toYESSS Electrical in Bodmin as doing up another house and wanted tech advice and lighting and sockets etc. sat on flash stool for 81/2 minutes but nobody bothered to attend to me. I walked out and spent £208 in Screwfix opposite and £1800 in City electrical the same day. Should be called NOOOOOOO electrical!!!
Hate the way they talk about customers behind there back and the driver in the top round in always in a bad mood never happy hate having deliverys from him it was better when he was on holidays we got Al then we'll good driver but I've heard the sacked him as he had a Stoke and sacked him well he was of sick not a good firm for doing that I've known him for years always funny and on the ball but since there old manager Trevor left the branch has gone to hell as I've here that's there 1 of the staff is piss head and smack head and other stall can't stay of the booze every weekend should not be drinking if he is driving to but then up to them to the last I went in the branch last week hade to wait for ages to get for sirvice months think will be going back anymore city elec just up the road a lot faster and there driver flash is 100 %better then yeses driver that's always moaning well had my rant just hope yeses head office takes notes on this as there going to go under if this keeps up.
