Amazing service from Hannah. A real credit to the shop. Went out of her way to help and was a lovely person. If only all shops could have staff like her. Will definitely return.

I visited today to see if I could get some shoes for my son who is disabled and his feet aren’t the easiest to measure. Emma was a star with Connor, she was patient, informative and so lovely with my son. Emma couldn’t be more helpful, thank you so much.

I just had the best example of customer service yesterday collectively across all the assistants in the Bodmin store.  I had booked an appointment to have my daughters feet measured for school and and my youngest threw an almighty hissy fit in the store because they didn't have the shoes she wanted.   The girls dealt with it brilliantly.  I was embarrassed but they found shoe boxes for my girls to colour and managed to order in the shoes for my daughter which came in just a couple of days.  We came in yesterday to collect and they were once again amazing, especially Millie who had a brilliant way with kids.  On the way out I accidently left my purse, they realised it was mine and called me straight away.  This meant so much to me.  I will always go here for shoes and want to express my gratitude for such brilliant service.  Well done to this store, great ambassadors for Clarks x

Superb service from the staffBrad and Hannahat the Bodmin store this afternoon, honest advice and nothing to much trouble. The trainers I purchased were very stylish and a bargain for the price

We went to Clark’s in Bodmin today for my daughters first shoe fitting, it was so quick and easy and the ladies in store were so helpful and friendly, definitely an asset to the high street.

I rang to check for a particular shoe I needed at short notice. I spoke to a lady called Millie who epitomised excellent customer service which sadly is in short supply in alot of shops nowdays. Also, It was 15 mintues before the store was closing and she rang different stores for me called me back twice and thanks to her I was able to find the shoes I so desperately wanted. I would like to say a huge thankyou to her and tell Clarks Management she is an absolute star and a credit to their company.

Love this shop! All the staff are incredibly helpful, we've been there a couple of times and each time the experience has been a positive pleasure. Today was no exception. Clarks should be proud of this team - and I've got a gorgeous pair of boots :.  Thank you all for your help! Rosie Morgan

Visited this shop whilst on holiday. Exceptional service. They managed to hunt down a pair of shoes we desperately needed that were from last season from another branch and arranged for them to be sent to our local branch. Cannot speak highly enough of them all. They went above and beyond and kept us fully informed of our purchase.

Phoned this branch to see if they had a particular shoe in my size, they did, they reserved it for me & when i went to the store i was greeted  politely by a young man who was very helpful. The shoes were a success, 1st class team at Bodmin.

I was shocked this afternoon by the extremely poor, and even rude, reception by one of the young ladies.  This assistant was standing by the counter chatting to whom I assume was another male assistant very young, tall, thin with died white hair. I said I need to purchase some slippers and the female assistant pointed very vaguely to the 'Mens' slippers on the shelf behind me.  I stated I was female and wished to purchase ladies slippers.  However, I receive an extremely rude attitude - more or less pointing to the ladies shelf.  Because the information was so vague I did not immediately see them.  It was obvious no further help would be given to me - I had no alternative but to say 'forget it' and walk out the shop.  A great pity because I have always had excellent service from older assistants in the past.  What on earth is Clarks doing to employ such rude assistants?  I will not return to Clarks Bodmin unless this young lady is off duty.
