Toys 'R' Us

Large store with a good range of toys. Help full staff when you can find someone. Customer toilets which is great when you have small kids. Nappy changing area could be cleaner and less stinky though.

Went into the store and my kids got a toy doll and shoved it where the sun do not shine 3 weeks it took me to get it out and i thought yeah lets take it back to the store so i did and i actually got a refund it smelt a bit but was still in one piece. Great customer service.

Great place to come to buy presents. Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn't find a boardgame and a member of staff took me straight to it.

Great range of toys. A little short on value. When we visited it was difficult to find a member of staff to answer a query we had.

Who doesn't love Toys R Us their layaway scheme is amazing. Plus they have the most up to date toys

I went on the website and they said they had all of these wwe figures then i go to the store and they have completely different figures to what were on the website. I recommend Smyths.

Excellent customer service. Price matched a Moana toy. Should of been 54.99 and reduced it to 28.99 same as argos. Happy customer

Good parking and a fairly large store with good quality toys for the children.There are also a few things old people too.!!

Staff are rude, abrupt and unhelpful especially managers. They have a total lack of communication in store & need to put some staff training in place. There attitude towards customers service is very lax and I won't be shopping here again.
