Thank you to Jamie McCafferty for helping us to choose this beautiful super king size bed with matching headboard and base in Daytona coal .  The service from Jamie from start to finish was professional, knowledgeable and we were dealt with in a relaxed manor with no hard sell .  Would highly recommend Jamie an all around great guy at the Aintree branch and we will be back soon for more furniture.

We had such excellent customer service from Darren at the Aintree branch that we returned to purchase more wardrobes, our 4th purchase at this store. I cannot recommend Darren highly enough, he's knowledgeable, professional and very approachable. Most importantly he listens, explains and is a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the items we've purchased so far and would not hesitate to return to the Aintree store in the future.

Hi. We have just bought a settee from furniture Village. On both occasions whilst we was looking, we was approached by Jamie.McCafferty he induced himself and gave us space to look around. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and put us under pressure, which we appreciated. as I said we returned and purchased a settee from the store. The purchase went smoothly smoothly and that was due to Jamie the sales consultant. I’d like to thank Jamie for everything he did for us .

what a fantastic experience lovely show room had visited 3 other furniture outlets but found the choice quality and staff far more professional. was greated my a young lady Danielle who was brilliant let me brouse for the 2 sofas and table and chairs no sales pressure. then came back to see how I was getting on helped with the choices I'd made including my measurements then worked out the costs. over a coffee we did the paper work and had good chat. what a asset she is to your company and a credit to her parents . Darren at Aintree was brilliant! He couldn’t have been more helpful. Found us a perfect bed to suit our taste and suitable mattress for our individual needs. Best customer service we have received in retail in a while. Friendly, welcoming and approachable. Also made us feel comfortable and at ease when deciding on a couch for our new home. Can’t thank him enough for his time and efforts.

Me and my husband visited the Aintree store last Saturday,  looking for a mattress. Jamie Mac, the salesman there was super helpful without being pushy. Got us a great deal, we got ourselves the perfect product.

When we went to furniture village we had an amazing experience which I would call a breath of fresh air. Darren was our sales man and he was incredible from his professionalism, to his understanding to our needs. He really did make our dreams come true as we had been shopping for a new dining table and chairs for a long time. Thank you Darren we will definitely be back.

Visited Aintree store last Thursday to look at dining table I had seen online , I needed to try seats and do measurements , was approached by Doug who happened to be passing and asked if I needed help this was gratefully accepted . We decided dining set was perfect and Doug sorted everything out for us swiftly . Doug said it says 7 days delivery but allow up to 10 days he then explained the delivery process . I received a call on the Saturday to say they could deliver on the Wednesday, I was notified the day before with a time slot then this morning a call to say they would be here within half an hour . Delivery guys arrived very friendly guys called Tommy and Kaileb and quickly put items together and cleared everything away . Thrilled with dining set and service from furniture village thank you

Popped in today as walking past the store. Had no intention of buying a sofa right there and then although we needed one. We met the friendly and helpful Lauren, who was absolutely brilliant. She introduced herself and gave us time to browse, but was on hand when we had a query. She showed us alternatives to the sofas we tried out, but weren't sure on. And showed us some online, and in store that suited our tastes and budget. Absolutely fantastic service from Furniture Village Aintree, and we benefitted from the sale currently on! Thanks for excellent customer service!

Purchased living room furniture three/two seater couch.  Excellent service from sales staff to delivery men.  Not pressured when walking around shop but readily available with advice when required.  The delivery men were friendly polite and expert in their profession.  Delighted in our furniture
