Build-A-Bear Workshop

Took my autistic daughter today for her birthday both the guys in there where incredible with her... They got her a big birthday sticker and wrote her name on and did one for her other Teddy that she always walks around with... They could help enough and really made a fuss of her.... Thank you so much

My Granddaughter wanted to build a bear she was a bit disappointed that she could only work the foot peddle. The overall experience was great the smile on her face when she picked out the heart for her toy was magical service was excellent thank you all one happy girl x

Hate this place when it's busy. And it was. Loads of kids in there, bad enough I have to contend with my own kids, never mind other people's.. Still, there was loads for my daughter to choose from, and the staff were great, as usual. Prices seemed to have creeped up a fair bit, but that seems to be the trend these days....

Absolutely disappointed with the service today. We have brought a Ukrainian little girl who was dreaming about the builder bear r teddy, after choosing a teddy we went to the filling station where the lady not offered us a free magical heart, therefore didn’t do all this magical heart movements, after we have seen Someone else was doing the heart thing, I asked the other lady to do the magic heart with us as well and to put the spirit inside of the bunny; the lady took the bunny and returned after 5 minutes after we had returned on the train we had noticed a hole on the bunny where the stitches were, very disappointed child, as we don't leave near the shop and it has taken us 45 minutes on the train to get to the shop...

Staff were lovely and made the experience great. Thankfully went on a weekday so was very quite. Not sure I would cope at the weekend haha

a bit expensive...my step daughter enjoyed every minute of her time in there,putting a heart and a heart with a a wish into her bear plus recording her own voice...

Great selection, my granddaughter fell asleep with her bear. The staff were lovely and helpful. Bit pricey, but a memory for the little ones. She kept talking about putting its heart in.

This workshop is located in Liverpool One on the ground floor. Staff are really friendly, approachable and helpful. Prices are a little steep, but the quality of the stuffed toys are really good.

Decent price, good choice of teddy's, quick service, very friendly staff.

Really nice staff and they were really accommodating. Helped a lot with my purchase for my girlfriends birthday!
