We payed for the build a bear experience today it was £50 for £55 redeemable in the shop, well worth the money Sophia got to stuff her own bear scan all the items at the till with the help of faith who was fabulous such a lovely girl as well as the rest of the girls In the shop thanks for making today so special for us <3 x
Came in today after a bottomless brunch and was served by one of the young girls with glasses didn't catch her name unfortunately. It was quiet at this time and we were just a tad inebriated, even so this girl served us with impeccable service and patience, was very helpful along every step of the purchase, wonderful staff!

The highlight for our daughter was the “heart ceremony,” a touching moment where she made a wish before placing the heart inside her bear. It was an emotional and beautiful experience that she still talks about. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Very friendly staff dedicated to making children's dreams a reality. Have a very wide selection of teddies to choose from. Definitely worth a visit, even just for the experience.
Absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. They took the time to explain all that I needed to know when purchasing a bear for my daughter who has autism.
A lovely selection of cuddly’s but not all I was a little sad not to see Kuromi Except the giant one. Natalie was really lovely and helpful. I also wish I could remember the guy on the register, but he was so lovely. It can get busy, so if that’s an issue keep an eye on things.
Took my autistic daughter today for her birthday both the guys in there where incredible with her... They got her a big birthday sticker and wrote her name on and did one for her other Teddy that she always walks around with... They could help enough and really made a fuss of her.... Thank you so much
This place was awesome. My autistic son was so welcomed and staff made him happy helping with a bear.
So happy when walking through the shops and see a build-a-bear. I look in the window and see a Halloween stitch honestly I’m a really big kid when it comes to lilo and stitch so I just had to have it. We go in the store and I pick up my bear. The staff were really helpful and chatty and were able to answer any questions I had! Thank you for such a great experience!
I brought in a big lot of old bears that I wanted various things sorted with - stuffing added/removed, holes stiched up and old soinds removed. The staff were amazing! They were all so lovely and sorted all the bears super quickly and to such a high quality. I definitely recommend this store :
