Rang up and booked a taxi , was told it would be fine . A taxi never came rang them back up and said there is no record of a phone call or anything in the diary, appauling customer service and poor service , wont be using them again. Id give them a 0 if i could .

They left six of us stranded at midnight after a wedding, despite booking them a week in advance and receiving text confirmation.  When they finally called, after half an hour, the driver said he couldn't get to the venue as there was an accident right outside and Police had moved him on.  There was no accident and other taxis were coming and going OK.  When he called back later, he admitted he wasn't anywhere near the venue and was lost in country lanes and didn't know where he was.

We all make mistakes and we could have let this go, were it not for the absolute contempt of another guy who picked up their office phone and said "what do you expect me to do about it?" and "it's not my problem".  

As we booked a week in advance, they have our contact details but haven't even bothered to call and apologise.  I posted a comment in a local facebook group and was not surprised that other people shared similar experiences of being let down for weddings, holidays, etc.

Arrived on time, driver was friendly, however his driving was bloody dangerous and terrifying, I'm surprised we got to our destination. Will never use again because of this.

The taxi was punctual,  comfortable and the driver was pleasant, amusing and most helpful - first class.
