Booked a truck online and was given confirmation via phone. Picked the truck up without any hassle and was given a thorough handover. Customer service was great. Highly recommend and will use again.
Tried to book a truck, rang for 3 days over 13 calls and they never picked up the phone. Called their head office and they couldn't even get through to their own business. You can expect Telstra level service from these guys, well atleast Telstra pickup the phone
Poor experience at Budget Ipswich, booked 1 month ahead and this was the vehicle they provided me. I raised the issue of the bald tyres to staff and they told me its the best they could do, either take it or leave it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I'd advise you to take your business elsewhere as they provide unsafe vehicles and don't bother fixing them, they had a month in between booking an collection to rectify the bald tyres.
Great people, decent vehicles, fair prices, always helpful, everything explained, I have used Budget Car and Truck Rental a few times, and definitely recommend this company

Don't take their word on anything and don't listen to the employees i was charged a late fee after being told i couldn't bring the vehicle back later in the day. I was never informed of any costs that may have been involved and thought they were just being kind just to find out they stung me with an approximate $50 charge. Never using budget again.
Beautiful happy friendly staff and cars were very clean and well groomed and detailed !! 5 stars I would recommend using them !!
Melissa and the team were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Easy pick up and drop off process. Will definitely use again when needed.
