Josh at the branch in Ipswich was amazing. He was friendly, efficient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the process of hiring a van easy for me. The van was immaculate, great to drive and very competitively priced. The whole experience was trouble free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will certainly use them in future if I need to hire a van.

First time van-hire from this particular company and I wasn't disappointed. Admin was digital and on-line booking  confirmation soon arrived. The van itself was clean, in good order and served the purpose for hire. Return checks were efficient and the holding deposit was returned in quick time. I'd recommend this branch for van/vehicle hire without hesitation. Thanks Josh & Kelvin.

Dealt with Nick at Radius Vehicle Solutions, I must say service was excellent.  Brilliant communication throughout the process.  A process I thought was long winded took only a few days to get a solution.  Very impressed with the level of service

I called here very close to closing time after my train home had been cancelled. Two other companies said they couldn't help as they were shutting, but I received a fantastic and sympathetic service from Josh who waited for me to arrive and sorted me out with a great car at a great price. Thanks again Josh, and Global, and sorry for making you late home on that day

Just returned a MB Sprinter van after a 24 hour hire. Wayne and Kelvin there are great to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble. The van was spotless on pickup beautiful to drive. I highly recommend Global in Ipswich and the prices are reasonable too. Thanks a lot

Booked a vehicle on line, and by all accounts said vehicle would be ready for 8am. The booking took the money. Arrived to pick vehicle up, Only to be informed, that vehicle wouldn't be available until 9am and it was just going for a super charge anyway, as vehicle was a new electric one. Accepted this and returned an hour later. I was then informed, that Global had booking issues and a vehicle wouldn't now be available until 1100, as it was having to come from Chelmsford. No explanation about the vehicle I was due to have, which had gone for a super charge? Global appeared to be in disarray. Staff had a general, not too bothered attitude, and offered a full refund with no bother. Not very helpful when you are moving home. Would I use Global again? Probably not

Absolutely WONDERFUL service! Other car hire firms wanted a fortune for a nasty little car, and took forever to answer the phone via a central booking hub. These lovely people answered the phone immediately, and offered me a top of the range Volvo for the same money as the nasty Hyundai. Everything was sorted and I was on my way within a few minutes. Josh was fantastic.

Great service and value. Van was a bit of a let down and not as clean as I would have liked with high mileage. Staff experience and friendliness more than made up for it. Clean van would have made it a 5 star experience. However I will use again.

John and his staff are simply great, easy to deal with accommodating and no nonsense. If you need a van for a day, week or month, without any surprises they are the ones to use in Ipswich for small can and van hire for sure.  I needed a car for a meeting in London and I had a Merc for the day, at a brilliant rate.  I have had large vans from them for long trips and they work out great also, even with the mileage.  I currently have a van for a month as the rates are so good for my business, that it just makes sense.  They seem to be building a loyal customer base - And I am one of them, enjoying the rewards of using them for my vehicle hire.
