I rented a vehicle for a few days while visiting the area, and am glad that I went with EA Vehicle Rental. I felt like it was a good value, and the staff seemed friendly and honest throughout the transaction. The car was in great condition and met my needs. This is a small operation so communication depends on their availability, but all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The office is a bit secluded in a business park, so I am thankful that a friend drove me there. I would hire a car from them again.

Despite a couple of issues outside the control of EA, Denise from the Sudbury branch was great. Very direct and honest which is a rare trait in vehicle rentals!

We booked a car for over the Christmas period, the staff were extremely helpful and did everything they could to free one up for us, which they did. The service was excellent, the car was in good condition compared to other car hire companies and the staff were really helpful. A good price and an overall excellent experience, I would definitely recommend the company and would certainly use them again.

Best prices I would say in East Anglia... Denise in the office is doing great on customer support... Have used them for a while now... and defenetly will use them again. Strongly advice if you ever need a rental  Victor & Bilal

Honest. Quick. Well priced. The vans are beautiful I drive an old Land Rover so driving there VW 19 Reg vans was like being in a spaceship ..... really good company. The young lad was polite efficient and helpful    Cheers guys

We rented a car from here, at first glance you wonder if you've arrived at the right place as it's pretty much a large unused area. But staff were great,very helpful and the car was it perfect condition at a great price. Would use again if it calls for it.

I've rented both vans and cars from EA in Sudbury and on every occasion they have been very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderfully friendly, reliable, open and honest. Such a pleasant opposite to the nationals who have many enterprising ways to add up charges to ensure the price paid is multiples of the advertised price promise!  Clearly, the best in the region.

I have moved a lot over the past 5 years and have used EA Vehicle Rental about 4 times, they are friendly and helpful and I'll be using them again shortly when I finally move into my own property next month. They are also very reasonably priced.
