Its nice to see a company taking co vid 19 seriously, I see a customer complaining about the procedures that have been put in place this guy obviously doesn't no their is a pandemic going on. The service I received was second to none I phoned payed for the goods and picked up on time. The service is five star and I am glad to see they are not flouting the rules. I have dealt with these guys before the pandemic and have only ever got great service, they only sell good timber not bent lengths. If you want to deal with a company looking after its staff, customers and its community I would recommend them.
Fantastic customer service from this company. Really helpful advice from Dave in sales. Delivery of all the items next day and the driver help unload everything swiftly. Service like this is rare these days but Totton Timber were a pleasure to deal with!
Spend 1000s of pounds and they won't rectify their errors, AVOID!! EDIT following your response - don't make it out that this was my fault... your solution was to use my off cuts which were needed for something else!! to rectify your mistakes!! I had stressed at least 5 times how I needed the wood supplied, and was told it was being cut to my precise drawings I gave you.... and it wasn't!! It's not the first time you have done this either. Totally unacceptable. Sort YOUR errors out at YOUR cost not mine.
I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion following my visit to Totton Timber I felt it necessary to write about my customer experience. Upon arrival to pick up my order I parked up and walked down the side of the building following the signs for customer collection. Half way down I was aggressively shouted at from the direction I started from asking what I was doing. I started to walk back saying that I was there to pick up my order. The man said that I shouldn’t be there to which I replied I was simply following the signs. He barked back at me asking my name and said I should have let them know I was there. When I got back to the front of the building the man was there with someone else who was holding my pre-ordered wood. The attitude of the man towards me was wholly rude and unnecessary, and if I indeed I was not in the correct place to collect my order, the signage needs to be changed. This was the first, and no doubt the last time I shall purchase from Totton Timber.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. I'm never quite sure what I'm up to with diy but there guys here know their stuff and are always patient and help me get the right thing. I've had fencing, wood for craft projects and home improvements. I'm always happy with the quality and service i've received.
Fantastic service just had the decking boards delivered and i am so happy with the service and speed of delivery Totton Timber was so friendly and helpful i recommend to all who have work on and need timber to try here first i will definitely be using them in the future thankyou
Always had what I wanted and friendly and helpful staff. Happy to give advice. Easy to pre order. Have taken lots of thing up there to be matched
