This is now the 4th time we have ordered a delivery where it simply hasn’t ever shown up.nnNo call, no email, no text. Nothing.nnA couple of these times I have phoned for assistance, but just get transferred to a call centre abroad, and they have both times said be patient it is on the way… still never showed, and have caught them contradicting themselves, so have no faith they have any visibility of drivers whereabouts.nnWas also told one time that they would arrange a call to rearrange. Never received.nnTerrible customer service.
I cannot think of a time where the staff have been courteous at this store. Whether I’ve asked for help finding an item or there’s been a self checkout error, I’ve always been met with a negative energy. Last Friday was the final straw when a young man on checkouts was SO rude with his teenage attitude that it made me believe this branch of ASDA might ask staff to forget basic human courtesy. It’s a shame I’ve unfortunately now tarnished all the staff with this judgement as I’m sure there are some kind people there.nNever going again.
A lovely shop! Me and my boyfriend come here often to get the make your own pizzas. They're super cheap and very yummy
Placed an order to be delivered on xmas eve between 8am and 9am. Was cancelled by store at 3am. Error apparently but now have to tackle the shops for food. Would not recommend online shopping with these.
Hello all, it is with great displeasure I leave this ASDA with only 3 stars, I deducted a star for the lack of halloween and or any seasonal items, I deducted an additional star for a loud crashing sound that really really upset me, what really ticked me off is the lack of McDonalds…. It has gone downhill since the McDonalds tragically left. PS, I thought it absolutely STANK in said ASDA but turns out it was my mother.
