Hired a car from this company, whilst mine was in the garage for a few days. This was not my first choice, as I contacted a couple of other companies before. The other companies wanted to know what mileage I would be doing I hadn't really thought about that and the insurance waivers kept escalating the hire price. I bought a car from this company a few years ago and they were easy to deal with. I rang up and was immediately impressed by the lack of fuss. Most details were done over the phone, which minimised the time spent at their premises. I was dealt with by two young ladies - one when I hired the car and one when I took it back. I have dealt with many, many companies over the years, but very few as helpful as these. Professional, friendly manner, which immediately put me at ease. Quoted a price and stuck to it. The car was spotless and I had no problems. I trust I won't need a hire car for some time, but would certainly return here. I recommend few companies as service isn't what it used to be, but they deserve the plaudits. Thank you.
I was very happy with the service offered by TMC for my car service, MOT and repairs. They were friendly, courteous and completed all work to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend. The price I paid was even less than quoted as the job was completed faster than expected.
5 star mot and service, as usual. The family have bought 3 cars from TMC Ltd over the years and we have been very happy with them, no trouble whatsoever. Can recommend this company for great service at a fair price.

Tottington Motors have been looking after my cars for over 20 years and I have never had the slightest problem. If there is ever anything wrong with the car a simple phone call can always get an urgent appointment. Courtesy cars are available. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
I turned up without an appointment and enquired if TMC could check the electrics and hot water on my VW Campervan. The staff were amazingly helpful, they ran a diagnostics test whilst I waited with a coffee in the waiting room. As it turned out the electrics were all good, Greg gave me some advice on the water pump and some easy to follow instructions on how to use it effectively. I was in and out within half hour and the cost was minimal! We will definitely be booking all services, etc with TMC in future - can't recommend highly enough!
Staff are very polite and helpful. Premises very well presented and well equipped. Confident that a quality job will be carried out on my vehicle. Warranty work and service carried out to my satisfaction.
Dealing with Gavin regarding a new purchase and our experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend.
