Great service and a lovely, warm atmosphere. The lady who runs this shop makes it one of the nicest shops to visit in the local area; Barbara offers extensive knowledge, kind and helpful advice, is never rude or patronising, and takes the time to get to know long-term customers to a point where she can completely understand what a person needs. I actually do not like to visit when she is on holiday, as other workers who have been in the shop in her absence don't seem to put in a tenth of the effort.
Babs is absolutely lovely and really good at her job. Been in the store a number of times and she always has a smile on her face. Great customer service!

First shop I went in to get my kit and there is more than enough choice. Had no idea what to get when I first went in when it was still healthier smoker, the lovely lady in the shop was so helpful as I didn't know what I should get, helped me choose the best one for me and still gives me advice when I need it. She made me feel really comfortable and very friendly and more than happy to help with my decisions, will be continually going here for all my kits and liquid. Thank you :

A lovely well run ship Babs at the helm and does a great job whether your wanting to quit smoking or buy a new vape pen or liquid She helped my 40 a day habit and never had a tab for over 25 years ! Nothing a problem Friendly Bubbly Always there for advice and a bit of a natter always makes the day a whole lot brighter If every shop owner in Bishop Auckland had customer service and smile and a warm welcome every time you visited .... This town would be thriving Don't forget Buy cheap buy twice Never had any issues with quality and service
