Just bought a couple of guitars from Brotherton's. Really recommend them. They have great 2nd hand guitars at reasonable prices. You can look around without pressure to buy. The guys are happy to help and have a chat about guitar stuff.
Great shop, excellent experience. Helpful lads, great knowledge and good ever changing stock. What's not to like. Oh an 3 hours free parking in the Morrisons opposite:

Bought a Gibson SG here today and was thoroughly impressed by how helpful, knowledgeable and passionate these guys are. The stock was superb too, with some excellent used guitars at very reasonable prices. In addition to this they are also extremely nice people. Can't speak too highly of my experience there. I'll be back!
Great place to shop for equipment and instruments. You receive quality long term advice without any techniques to push you towards buying. Huge selection of 2nd hand guitars and amazing service for guitar repairs. Well worth a visit.
