Can't recomend enough! The staff are wonderful & incredibly friendly & helpful, me and my family have been going here for years for washing machines, vacumns, tvs, fridgefreezers etc. Very knowledgeable people about their products who genuinely want you to have the best experience shopping with them...and you do. The delivery/installation guys were amazing and if I had any questions they were happy to help, very patient, it's not just a case of leaving you to get on with a product, switch on are happy to answer any queries either pre or post purchase too, it's a real wrap-around service and with the shop being local you can pop in to chat if you prefer that to the phone. 5 star!!!

Really friendly and great advice
We have shopped at Switch on for many many years now, and the service we always get is second to none. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to ensure you get the best advice and service available, they never force a sale onto you and have all become good friends to our family. It's a shame that there aren't many shops now with this level of service, they certainly know their job.
We have used Switch On for many years now and they are so obliging and helpful that we would not go anywhere else. Their prices have always been very competitive and the installation/instruction service a great boon to we technophobes!
The place to go locally for white goods. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Efficient service both at shop level and delivery. Definitely shop local at Switch On.

Recently bought a top of the range television an dvd recorder/player from Switch on at Bishop Auckland - fantastic all round service, free delivery and installation, old television and dvd taken away free, everything explained to me by Greg, and great after sales help and advice from Dave. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Switch On to everyone, they are quite simply the very, best. Lord Geoff Gregg, Tursdale, County Durham.
