If I could give a negative star rating I would as one star is far too good for them. They sold my AUTISTIC son a PS4 VR system, me being told by the sales person everything is in the box needed to plug and play. When we unpacked the box the camera was missing. So we returned it as it was not as described by there own sales assistant. To be told by another sales assistant and there manageress that cameras are not included and we would have to buy a camera from them, but they have none in stock. So we asked for a refund and was told they can not give me a refund but would buy it back from us for much less than I paid. All in all it has cost my son £205 and an extra £32 for the camera and at least £15 fuel running back and forth to the CEX shop. So in total it's cost approx £252 for a second hand system and you can buy the full lot from ARGOS brand new for £259.99. what a total discrace we will never enter a CEX shop ever again. As this has caused my AUTISTIC son a lot of unessasary stress.

Games are in very bad condition, some even unplayable. Cases are broken. Items are not tested before resale. Absolutely disgusting and lucky there's not a below 5 star rating otherwise I would be giving them a -3star to be kind as the employee's are rather friendly witch is the only positive thing i can say for them.

Very poor after sales service from this store basically told lots of mistruths by well mannered young man who i took to be the manager -resulting in head office issueing a full refund after Small Claims Procedure instigated. Staff are friendly enough however I will never spend another single penny in that store due to this experience.
