Have just visited to find shop closed. Google said it opens at 8am was here for 9am. Rang the mobile number attached to the business to talk to a man who said it should be 8am no apologies but its going to be 10am as there is lots of traffic! Unreliable as I have travelled 15 miles myself after a recommendation. Must be travelling from timbuktu!
Guy literally got in my face over 6 quid as I bought two for 24 then said I'll check the car for change to get 3 I went back in politely to be threatened. My mam uses this store and I used too on a regular basis we had nothing but positive things to say about the shop I don't know if he's having a bad day but will not go back after that not only have you lost customers you have lost reputation as a nice honest person.
Yas has always been a good man but after hearing about what happened to a good friend in store today I won't be back! Absolutely shocking behaviour.
Man rude in the shop just like a big child never be going back there don’t use moody baby that he is no customer skills at all very unprofessional
We can honestly say we are spoilt for choice in here. Prices are brilliant and flavours are tasty. Friendly staff that dont try pushing a sale on you but help if you need it. Brilliant
The Shop orders fake vapes that either come broken most of the time or they tartare burnt, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Has been my go to vape shop for a couple of years now, Fairest price you will find around thks area. Staff are knowledgeable about past and old products and will always find the time too advise if you have any issues.
Really disappointed…bought a vape juice directly on their say so,got home to find not only was it not what they’d said it was but that it was also menthol…I wouldn’t have touched it with a barge pole if I’d known.took it back the next day to tell them and they couldn’t have been less helpful or cared less-I bought it so tough was the response.I know they’re cheap but you still expect any shop to sort out a mistake,especially when it’s their mistake…if I wanted the taste of menthol Balls I’d stick polos down my boxers!
Happy to help and great value. Just been in today, 6/12/16 HUGE RANGE AND TOP SERVICE. Both guys in the shop were very helpful, inviting me to smell, taste and vape the flavours i was looking at to ensure i was happy with my juices. Easily one, If not THE best vape shop in the UK. thanks again for the top quality service and i'll be back again and again. highly recommend this shop if you are close enough to go, if you think its too far to travel, GO ANYWAY. you wont regret it.
