Adam Ryan is well known to be the best orthodontist locally, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.  My daughter had complicated orthodontic work with several stages to her treatment over around 4years.  She now has the most incredible smile.  As well as totally trusting his advice and treatment, he is just so friendly and understanding.  This practice is also blessed with the fabulous Amrita who is just the most welcoming and efficient person to deal with on the phone or in person.

Adam Ryan has done a wonderful job with my son’s teeth, they look amazing, well worth the time and effort. The treatment on the nhs involved surgery on his jaw, but Adam has managed a perfect appearance and function with fixed braces. Another plus was being allowed in to the surgery and to speak to Adam every time about how things were progressing.

Really nice, clean, and professional practice. The team are very friendly and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.

I highly recommend Adam and the team.  He was very open explaining to us that we are entitled to NHS treatment and where we could receive this but we are so pleased we chose him instead.  An excellent orthodontist who is great with children, explaining everything thoroughly.

I highly recommend Adam Ryan, a highly skilled orthodontist, for the incredible work he has done straightening my teeth over the past three years. During my first consultation, Adam has patiently explained my options in detail, that helped me to decide on the right treatment to achieve the desired result fixed braces, ceramic brackets at the top and metal brackets at the bottom. Adam has naturally explained every action he took during my visits, putting me at ease, knowing what to expect.  The entire practice team has been friendly and I have always felt welcome and well looked after. I specially miss little chats with a receptionist Amrita and a dental nurse Dusana. Thank you All, you are an amazing team!

I also highly recommend Adam Ryan. He took great care and great patience to get me the best possible look. He is highly skilled in what he does. I am very hapy with the results. And also the entire team are friendly and welcoming, making every visit pleasant. Thank you all.

I cannot speak more highly of Total Orthodontics in Maidenhead.  Not lonely is Adam Ryan a world class orthodontist, he is also one of the kindest, most gentle and calm people I have ever met.  All the staff are great and Amrita, the receptionist is beyond lovely.  I started my treatment with Adam 2 years ago with crossed over and ugly teeth.  With his superb expertise and patience, I now at the grand age of 66! have perfect straight and even teeth. I will miss my visits to them which have nothing short of a real pleasure.  If you have problem teeth, go and see Adam, it will be the best decision you could make.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new smile. Adam and the team were exceptionally friendly and always accommodating, despite all the interruptions and difficulties brought about by COVID. Adam is like an artist when it comes to attention to detail with tooth alignment and always talks through the procedures so that you feel completely at ease. Having orthodontic treatment as an adult is expensive so you want to know that you'll receive a top quality service and results. Therefore I'd highly recommend this practice.

What can I say, not enough praise that is for sure.  Both Amrita and Adam Ryan are the most charming professionals I have come across in a very long time. My daughter needed a brace and was very nervous,  yet within minutes of arriving they both had her giggling and relaxed. I simply can't thank them enough.  I highly recommend.

Wonderful treatment here. Adam and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Amrita the receptionist will sort anything out for you and is once again so friendly. I highly recommend this place for all orthodontic work.
