I visited yesterday as a new patient. Joining was very quick and easy online. The receptionist was very professional, polite and helpful. I then received a warm welcome from my new dental nurse and dentist who carried out a very thorough examination, X-rays and explained my care plan moving forward. I’m very pleased to have joined this surgery.
Very friendly and welcoming dental practice. Reception staff were lovely. The dentist was amazing with me and explained everything well where he knew I was nervous. The dentist was a locum but very well trained at supporting nervous patients. 10/10 service, would definitely recommend this dental practice.
Caring and polite staff and a very understanding dentist, who could ask for more. I have always had Dentist phobia and the team at Damira put me at ease. Treatment is always discussd rationally and I always feel that any necessary work is carried out efficiently and with as little stress as possible.
As a senior patient, for my last visit I saw a new dentist. He was marvelous,. Clinally straight to the point; explaining the detail of my recent xray and what it all meant. Though not brilliant news; I am happy that the advice and treatment suggestions I received to help me improve my oral health was the absolute best. Very impressed with the care offered by this practice.
I revisited Damira dental practice after a long period of time and was referred to Dr Bazgah Siddique, who was really welcoming and supportive as well as providing excellent advice on which treatment she recommends. I would highly recommend her and the amazing level of service that she provides to her clients, putting customers first. Thank you
Broke a tooth in the morning before my routine 15 min check up. Saw Mr Sumra who didn’t hesitate, he X-rayed it & then fill it all during that session. No added appointments, pain or costs. Brilliant service
My family have been patients at Damira for several years. Staff are always so friendly, helpful and polite. Dr Jasbinder Sumra is very kind and reassuring and he explains everything very clearly.
I'm a very nervous person when it comes to dentists, but I had a great experience I was put at ease and was told exactly what was going on. Can't recommend enough super service.
Poor quality and costumer service. 800£ crown fell out after 8 month, fillings too. Wasn't offered any repair or reimbursement. When treated several times wasn't given any anaesthesia , nearly fainted with pain, no care for patient as human being.
Decent experience with Damira. Run to time well, friendly reception and good quality dental work.
