I was referred here after being assessed by 111, following agonising toothache! I called to request an emergency appointment, explaining the situation, but the receptionist said they only take emergencies if they have spare appointments. I advised that the nurse who referred me would email the transcript to verify the severity of the situation but the receptionist advised they "don't have internet" at the practice. She wished me good luck and that was that.

Very beautiful house. Everybody are very helpful,attentive and polite especially Rose Angela—a charming lady Everybody feels you at home Relax Comfortable and everything is welll explained,that makes me very very relax and comfortable This is a 5 star Dental clinic and definitely recommend to all my friends. Thank you everybody

Unhelpful receptionists. Had to cancel an appointment last minute because I have tonsillitis and didn't think it was that bad until the night before appointment when I called. Told me I had wasted an hour of their time and so they were removing me from their records. So they lost an hours pay I guess that is very serious to them. There is one receptionist in particular has no idea what she's doing and very slow. When they told me they were removing me from their books I then wanted access to my dental records and they would not give them to me because of confidentiality!? I didn't realise that my own teeth were so confidential I'm not even allowed to see! I thought that I had paid for my own dental work therefore they can surely give me records of what they have done? Apparently not. Wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. It's a shame because I used to go here for ten years when I was a child and Tom Palmer was a dentist there, he was great.

I’ve just seen the hygienist, Angela Hope, for my routine tooth cleaning. It is apparent that Angela is experienced and knowledgeable in dental hygiene. Having someone working away in your mouth would not be most peoples idea of fun. However, with a professional approach it can be an inspiring experience and this is what Angela achieves. She is certainly thorough, but also knows just how much pressure to apply to the teeth so as to avoid any sensitivity. Many thanks Angela!
